2. Minimum and Maximum Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • Minimum Delivery Timeline: 2 business days

  • Maximum Delivery Timeline: 10 business days

International Shipping (India to the USA or vice versa):

  • Minimum Delivery Timeline: 7 business days

  • Maximum Delivery Timeline: 30 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Distance between the pickup and delivery locations.

  • Nature of goods (e.g., fragile or hazardous items may require special handling).

  • Weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen delays.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.

  • Once your shipment is scheduled, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date via email or your preferred communication channel.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on:

  • Distance and route.

  • Weight and volume of the shipment.

  • Special requirements (e.g., temperature-controlled transport, priority handling).

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an error on the customer’s part (e.g., incorrect address or unavailability), the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In the event of damage or loss during transit, Asterism Services will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Customers must report any damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Compensation or claims will be subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

8. Restricted and Prohibited Items

Asterism Services does not handle the shipment of restricted or prohibited items, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials not declared or packaged properly.

  • Perishable items without proper storage solutions.

  • Illegal goods.
